That is why related physics cannot adopt the so irrelevant and directly physically faulty modern academic formulation of the details of the universal energy law. Related physics instead takes the statements from a more classical elementary physical and mathematical standpoint, as deduced and related below. The end line is though the same:
• energy (WORK: E=hf=mvr/t=mvv) cannot be created, nor destroyed, only converted. There are two inside clauses, further below.
• Because modern academy ends its philosophy of nature on its idea of a definite and total limited mass in existence identified as the limited mass of our universe (4.14 T53 KG) — although even modern quarters know that no matter the view, there is always more mass behind, no here known exceptions, for starters — modern academy (1800+) consequently was forced to invent a series of ”physical laws” pertaining to that: a limited totality of cosmic mass — so ending at ”The first law of thermodynamics” with its ”closed systems” clauses (»a doll’s house theater» compared to nature, says related physics — by examples: related physics = experimental results; nature).

Independent laboratory experiments on Earth cannot eliminate the influence from Earth’s rotational aspect. So we are directed only to rely on known physics in the following.
Interpreting the
result with no Earth rotation — with preserved constant insolation:
— All surface
water becomes ice. Theory scenery:
— Insolation
heat transfer passes through the front hot thin air towards the back,
maintaining a constant heat pressure front side barrier, pushing on the
planet’s back atmosphere. As its temperature falls [far below zero °C]
behind the day-night rim circle, all ground and air water is forced to the back
into a state of ground based permanent ice.
As no rotational atmospheric mixing force
exists, neither does any possible change of that established thermal
equilibrium: No wind can exist. Only rotation energy can generate wind: cooling
and pushing already warmed, thereby generating temperature differences [pV=kT; p=T·k/V],
generating wind. The constant heat itself from the Sun cannot accomplish such
physics, as we know.
A resembling theoretical
case with a closed air box with a vertically mounted heat lamp with a constant
heat flow on top above it should give the same principal result, as we know: A
thermal equilibrium establishes inside the box with absolutely no internal gas
moves. The equilibrium is established by different average velocities among the
local gas molecules v = √ 3TR/U
— faster and warmer and less dense with higher pressure at the top, slower and colder
and more dense with lower pressure at the bottom [p=kT/V]. No wind.
• Heat flow as such is not a wind energy
generator. No such here known physics exists. Feel free to object on any
related argument. Searched for. None yet found.
If we hence remove all rotational aspects from the physical Earth, only by purpose of examining the remaining actual heat delivered by the Sun as a constant heat source, the mentioned principle apparently points out that also all types of expansion (convection and advection) will be removed. In other shorter words: no wind. No circulation. No mixing of air gases with different gradients of pressure and temperature. Just a solid stable thermodynamic equilibrium with a fixed state of these values spread over the actual regions with zero change.
